Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 to 2 tsp. cinnamon
    3 c. flour
    2 c. unpeeled zucchini, chopped with juice
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix and beat well first 4 ingredients.
    In separate bowl, mix dry ingredients (next 5 ingredients).
    Beginning and ending with dry ingredients, add dry ingredients and zucchini to egg mixture. Fold in nuts.
    Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 60 minutes.
    Cool 10 minutes; remove from pan.
    Wrap in foil and refrigerate.
