Nepalese Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 Tbsp. butter
6 potatoes, peeled and quartered
2 c. onions, chopped
1 tsp. rosemary
1/2 tsp. sweet basil
1/2 tsp. ground bay leaf
1 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. water
8 hard-boiled eggs, peeled
Preparation

Melt 4 tablespoons butter in large skillet. Add potatoes and fry until golden brown on all sides. Remove potatoes. Melt remaining butter; saute onions. Stir in spices, water and salt. Cook about 3 minutes; return potatoes to pan and add the whole eggs. Cook 5 minutes over low heat until potatoes are tender and eggs heated. Serves 8.
