Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 large cans stewed tomatoes
    1 (6 oz.) tomato paste
    2 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 medium bell pepper
    1 oz. cloves garlic
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can mushrooms
    1 (12 oz.) can V-8 juice
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and drain off excess fat.
    Pour all ingredients into crock-pot and simmer about 8 hours on low.
