Zesty Sausage Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. Bisquick
1/3 c. milk
1/2 c. chopped onion
4 tsp. mayonnaise
1 egg
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 (4 oz.) cans chopped green chilies
1 lb. hot sausage

Preparation

Mix Bisquick, milk and 2 tablespoons mayonnaise.
Spread in well-greased 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
Pat down.
Saute sausage and onions; drain on paper towels, then spread on Bisquick mixture.
Beat egg with remaining mayonnaise,
Cheddar cheese and green chilies.
Spread on top of meat layer.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
