Fluffy Baked Omelet(Unusual; Delicious; Easy) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
1/4 c. water
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
1 1/2 c. grated cheese
sauteed mushrooms (optional)
ham cubes (optional)
Preparation

Separate eggs.
Beat yolks until very thick and lemon-colored. Beat whites until frothy; add water and salt and beat until stiff, but not dry.
Fold yolks into whites very gently.
Fold in cheese and any optional ingredients.
Bake in hot (preheated) buttered 10 to 12-inch skillet at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until golden.
(Done when knife inserted in center comes out clean.) Serves 2 to 4.
