Easy Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew meat
    1 or 2 onions, sliced
    2 stalks celery, sliced
    6 carrots, cut into chunks
    1/2 c. tomato juice
    2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. minute tapioca
    2 tsp. parsley flakes
Preparation
    Cut meat into 1 1/2 -inch cubes.
    Layer ingredients in the order listed in a 7 x 11-inch pan.
    Cover tightly with foil.
    Bake in 300\u00b0 oven for 4 hours.
    Serves 4.
