Yum-Yum Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) lemon Jell-O
    1 c. hot water
    1 c. fruit juice
    1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
    2 c. grated cheese
    1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip
    1 small can mandarin oranges
    3/4 to 1 c. miniature marshmallows
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Dissolve Jell-O
    in one cup boiling water.
    Add one cup juice drained from pineapple.
    If not quite 1 cup add a little water to make
    a
    cup.
    Add crushed pineapple and chill until thickened. Then
    add cheese, oranges and marshmallows.
    Last, fold in Cool Whip.
    Chill until firm.
