Sally Turo'S Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. grated, unpeeled zucchini
1/2 c. Crisco
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. grated lemon rind
1 egg
1 1/2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Melt Crisco.
Add first 4 ingredients. Add egg; mix.
Gradually add remaining ingredients.
Place in bread pan and bake 60 to 65 minutes or until done.
