Refrigerator Pickles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 cups sliced cucumbers (do not peel)
2 Tbsp. canning salt
1 c. sliced onions
1 c. sliced green peppers
2 cups sugar
1 c. vinegar
1 tsp. celery seed
1 Tbsp. mustard seed
Preparation

Mix cucumbers and canning salt together and let sit at room temperature for two hours. Do not add water. Drain and rinse out salt. Add remaining ingredients and stir. Store in refrigerator. Best flavor if you wait a couple of weeks before serving.
