Camp Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. flour
    2 1/2 c. dry milk
    3/4 c. baking powder
    3 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 lb. shortening
Preparation
    Stir flour, milk, baking powder, salt and sugar together.
    Cut in shortening until mix looks like corn meal.
    Store in
    airtight containers.
    To
    make biscuits add water to make dough; roll out. Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Three cups mix plus\t3/4 cup of water equals 1 1/2 dozen biscuits.\tWhole mix equals biscuits for 100.
