Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans tomato soup
    1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans
    shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    In 4-quart pan over medium heat, cook meat, onion, green pepper and garlic until meat is browned and vegetables are tender. Pour off fat.
