Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage or bacon
    6 eggs
    2 cups milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. mustard
    4 slices bread, cubed
    1 cup grated sharp cheese
Preparation
    Brown sausage or bacon.
    Beat eggs and add milk, salt and mustard.
    Arrange bread cubes in bottom of 9 X 13 baking dish and top with sausage or bacon.\tSprinkle with cheese.
    Pour egg mixture over all.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes.
