Fried Baked Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can Hungry Jack biscuits (room temperature)
    fruit (any kind suitable for fried pies)
    1/2 c. or less oil or shortening
Preparation
    Roll 1 biscuit on floured board to the size of a saucer.
    Put enough pie filling to fill rolled out dough.
    Wet around edge of dough with water.
    Fold together and seal with a fork.
