Party Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pecans
    1 egg white, beaten stiff
    1 Tbsp. water
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Beat egg white stiff.
    Mix with water.
    Dip pecans into egg white and water mix.
    Dip pecans into mix of sugar, salt and cinnamon.
    Bake at 225\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
