Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. chopped apples
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
1/4 c. real lemon juice
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. white raisins
3 c. plain flour
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped pecans

Preparation

Mix above ingredients well and bake at 325\u00b0 in tube pan for 1 1/2 hours. Pour filling over cake.
