Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 stick butter or margarine
    1 Tbsp. corn meal
    1/4 c. vinegar
    6 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla flavor or any type flavoring you desired (for ex. lemon, etc.)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in large bowl or blender; mix well. Pour mixture into pie crust.
    Recipe will fill 2 regular size pies or 1 deep dish pie.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until golden brown or test with toothpick for firmness in center of pie.
