Taco Salad(Mexican Hat Salad) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 green pepper
    2 lb. hamburger
    1 onion, chopped
    4 cans hot chili beans
    2 pkg. taco seasoning
    2 cans stewed tomatoes
    tomatoes, cut up
    lettuce, cut up
    cheese, shredded
    sour cream
Preparation
    Brown pepper, hamburger and onion; drain off grease. In large pot, combine chili beans, taco seasoning and stewed tomatoes. Add hamburger mixture. Simmer for about 30 minutes. Cut up tomatoes and lettuce. Shred cheese. Put Doritos or corn chips in plate; put hamburger on Doritos, then layer with tomatoes, cheese, lettuce and sour cream.
