Sherried Fruit - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can apricots
    1 can peaches
    1 can pears
    1 can pineapple slices
    1 jar cherries
    1 jar apple rings
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 stick butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 c. sherry
Preparation
    Melt butter and mix in brown sugar and flour; add sherry. Cook until thickened and pour over fruit.
    Refrigerate overnight. Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0 (in advance).
    Serve at room temperature.
