Chicken Parisienne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 (5 oz.) chicken breasts, skinned and boned
1 (10 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sauted mushrooms
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. sherry
paprika
Preparation

Place chicken in shallow baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients, except paprika, and pour over chicken. Sprinkle generously with paprika. Bake in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes or until tender. Serve with hot, fluffy rice. Serves 4 to 6.
