Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/2 lb. roasting chicken, cut up
    3 c. water
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. onion salt
    1/2 tsp. celery salt
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 c. broth (liquid leftover from cooking chicken)
    1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
    1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
    1 small onion, chopped
Preparation
    Simmer first five ingredients in big pot for 1 hour.
    Save broth when completed.
    In bottom of casserole dish mix and place diced cooked chicken, cream of mushroom soup and 1 cup broth.
    On top of this mix and place stuffing mix, butter, onion and 1 cup broth.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
