Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 green peppers, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
2 small jalapeno peppers, blended with 5 tomatoes or 2 cans stewed tomatoes
3 twigs fresh cilantro, cut up
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
Preparation

Simmer ingredients for 1/2 hour to blend flavors.
