Persimmon Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    2 eggs
    1 c. sour milk (to sour milk add 1 tsp. vinegar)
    1 c. persimmon pulp
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix well in bowl.
    Pour in a greased and floured cake pan. Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
