Ribbons Of Pasta With Wild Mushrooms And Thyme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked herb linguini
    3 c. shiitake, chanterelle or oyster mushrooms
    4 sprigs fresh thyme, leaves removed from stem
    2 tsp. olive oil
    1 c. reduced chicken stock
    black pepper to taste
    1/4 c. minced shallots
Preparation
    Brush olive oil in skillet and preheat.
    Add mushrooms and shallots and cook until lightly browned.
    Add pasta and toss with black pepper to taste.
    Garnish with fresh thyme.
    Yield:
    4 servings.
