Mamaw'S Rhubarb Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. rhubarb
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Cut rhubarb into 3/4-inch pieces. Combine sugar, cornstarch and water in a bowl.
    Stir until well blended.
    Stir in rhubarb.
    Pour into an 8-inch square baking dish.
    Bake for 15 minutes.
    While this is baking, prepare cobbler topping.
