Italian Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tsp. cornmeal
6 c. unbleached flour
2 c. warm water
2 Tbsp. honey
1 pkg. dry yeast
2 Tbsp. kosher salt
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 egg
2 Tbsp. sesame seed
Preparation

In an extra large bowl, add warm water, yeast and honey.
Wait 10 minutes until yeast foams. Add oil, salt and 3 cups flour.
Mix 5 minutes or until blended.
Add another 2 cups flour gradually until dough forms a ball.
Put flour on board or table.
Put dough on floured board and let it rest for 5 minutes.
Knead until dough is smooth and not sticky.
Add flour as needed to make dough more workable. Put dough into lightly oiled bowl and let rise for 2 hours.
Punch down.
Let rise 1 hour or until doubled in size.
