Shrimp Dill Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt or to taste
1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1 tsp. dried dill weed
1 c. shrimp, finely chopped
party crackers
Preparation

In a bowl, gradually blend together the milk, mayonnaise and lemon juice with the cream cheese.
Beat until smooth.
Add the onion, salt, dill weed and Tabasco.
Mix well.
Stir in the shrimp and chill for 1 hour before serving.
Makes 2 1/2 cups approximately.
Serve with crackers.
