Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. oil
    4 eggs
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    3 jars (No. 3) baby food carrots
Preparation
    Cream sugar and oil together.
    Add eggs, blending well.
    Sift dry ingredients and add alternately with carrots.
    Stir in pecans and pour into greased and floured pan(s).
    Bake 1 hour in 300\u00b0 oven.
