Chicken Cordon Bleu - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 (3 oz.) large chicken breasts, boned and skinned
6 thin slices fat-free ham (1/3 oz. each)
6 slices low-fat Swiss cheese (1/2 oz. each)
1/4 c. flour
2 Tbsp. diet margarine
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 tsp. chicken-flavored gravy base
2 Tbsp. flour
toasted sliced almonds
Preparation

Roll chicken pieces, boned side up, on cutting board.
Working from center out, pound chicken with a wooden mallet to make cutlets 1/4 inch thick.
Sprinkle with salt.
