Tossed Salad Hawaiian - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 fresh pineapple
2 c. torn assorted greens
1 c. cherry tomato halves
1 c. ham, cut in julienne strips
2/3 c. celery slices
Preparation

Cut pineapple in half lengthwise through crown.
Remove fruit, leaving shell intact.
Core and cut pineapple into chunks. Combine pineapple, assorted greens, tomatoes, ham and celery; toss lightly.
Spoon salad mixture into pineapple shells.
Serve with dressing.
Yield: 2 servings.
