Broccoli Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) carton cottage cheese
    4 medium or 2 large eggs
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 stick soft margarine, not melted
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) Jiffy corn muffin mix
    3/4 c. corn meal (self-rising)
    1 tsp. salt
    1 box chopped broccoli (cook 5 minutes in microwave and drain)
Preparation
    Pour in well-greased pan (9 x 13-inch).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown, approximately 40 to 50 minutes.
