Garlic Cheese Grits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. water
    1 c. instant grits
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, beaten + enough milk to make 1 c.
    1 - 6 oz. stick of garlic cheese
    1 stick of butter
Preparation
    Cook grits in salted water.
    Add cheese (cut in chunks) and butter.
    Stir until both are melted.
    Add egg and milk mixture. Mix well.
    Pour into well greased baking dish.
    Bake at 350 degrees until firm and light brown on top.
