Chow Chow - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. chopped onions
    4 c. chopped cabbage
    4 c. green tomatoes
    6 green peppers (mango)
    6 red peppers
    1/2 c. salt (plain)
    1 hot pepper (optional)
Preparation
    Grind onions, cabbage, green tomatoes, red and green peppers. Add salt and mix well. Let stand overnight.
