Bacon 'N Egg Pancake Roll-Up - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 or 9-inch) thin pancakes
    16 slices bacon
    6 eggs
    1/2 c. cooked chopped onion
    1/2 c. cooked chopped green pepper
Preparation
    Prepare pancakes using pancake mix.
    Cut 8 slices of bacon into pieces, 1 inch long.
    Panfry until lightly browned.
    Drain. Cook 8 additional bacon slices; drain and keep warm.
