Hush Puppies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. Cornmeal
2 c. Flour
3 Eggs
1 c. Buttermilk
2 Tbsp. Sugar
1 Tbsp. Salt
1 Tbsp. Baking Powder
Appx 3/4 c. Jalapenos, Green peppers, & Onions
Appx 1 c. Beer (Added to make right consistency)

Preparation

1. Mix all and spoon a
heaping tablespoon at a time in hot oil.
