Baked Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms
    1/4 c. butter
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 c. half and half
    2 egg yolks, beaten
Preparation
    Rinse, dry and slice mushrooms.
    In a large nonstick frypan, heat butter and add mushrooms, onions, salt and pepper.
    Cover and simmer 3 to 4 minutes.
    Uncover, stir in flour and cheese and cook about 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Turn into 9-inch buttered pan.
    Spread evenly.
    Mix half and half with beaten egg yolks and pour over mushrooms.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
