Oatmeal Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. plain yogurt
    1/4 c. oil
    1 egg
    1 1/4 c. flour
    3/4 c. quick-cooking rolled oats
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0; grease lightly or line cupcake pan.
    In a 2-cup measuring cup, measure yogurt, oil and egg; stir to combine.
    In a large bowl combine remaining ingredients.
    Add yogurt mixture to flour mixture, stirring approximately 25 strokes.
    Fill muffin tins to the rim.
    Bake for 20 minutes or until springy when gently pressed.
