Chocolate Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 sq. unsweetened chocolate
3 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
4 eggs
3 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. salad oil
3 c. finely grated zucchini
1 c. finely chopped nuts
Preparation

Melt chocolate and cool.
Grease and flour Bundt pan.
Sift dry ingredients.
Beat eggs thick and add gradually.
Add oil and chocolate and blend well.
On low speed, add dry ingredients and stir in zucchini and nuts.
Pour into prepared pan and bake 1 hour and 15 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
Cool for 15 minutes before removing from pan.
