Korean Marinade - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. sliced green onions (with tops)
2 Tbsp. sesame seed
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. monosodium glutamate
1 to 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 cloves garlic, minced or mashed
Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Put meat (chicken, short ribs) into marinade and chill, covered, for 4 to 5 hours or longer.
Makes marinade for 4 pounds of meat.
