Barbecue Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. stewing beef
    1/2 c. catsup
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Cover stewing beef with water and simmer 4 hours.
    Pour off excess water (excellent soup stock).
    Add the remaining ingredients.
    Mix good.
    Serve on split buttered bun.
