Caramel Icing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
1 c. cream
1/3 stick butter
1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cook sugars and cream until it forms a soft ball when dropped in cold water.
Remove from heat; add butter and vanilla.
Do not stir until cool.
Then beat until creamy and spread on cake quickly.
