Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. ground pork
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 medium onion, diced
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. tomato juice
    4 slices bread, crumbled
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Mix together meat with salt, pepper and baking powder.
    Add onion, eggs and tomato juice (1/2 cup milk may be used instead). Sprinkle Worcestershire sauce into mixture.
    Add bread crumbs (or mashed potatoes may be substituted for bread).
    Knead well until well mixed.
    Shape into loaf and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
