Pecan Pie Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    3/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. Karo syrup
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 c. pecans
Preparation
    Mix the first 4 ingredients on low speed.
    Pat down in greased jelly roll pan. Bake 20 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
    Mix the rest of the ingredients real good.
    Fold in pecans.
    Pour over hot crust. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until set at 350\u00b0.
