Chicken Breasts In Sour Cream - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 chicken breasts
1 stick butter or margarine
2 Tbsp. cooking oil
salt and pepper
1/2 c. chopped green onions
1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
1/2 c. chopped celery
2 small or 1 large carton sour cream
2 small cans sliced mushrooms, packed in butter
Preparation

Saute chicken in butter and oil until lightly browned.
Remove to casserole dish.
In remaining butter, saute all greens.
Add mushrooms with juice and saute.
Remove from pan and set aside to cool.
After this has cooled, add sour cream.
Then cover chicken with mixture.
Cover and bake at 300\u00b0
until chicken is tender, approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour.
