Lemon Fromage With Raspberry Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon flavored gelatin
    1 c. hot water
    1 c. orange juice, strained
    1 c. heavy cream, whipped
    1 1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in hot water.
    Add orange juice and refrigerate until consistency of egg whites.
    Beat until frothy. Fold in whipped cream and lemon rind.
    Pour into lightly oiled and chilled mold.
    Chill.
    When firm, unmold.
    Serve with fresh raspberries and Raspberry Sauce.
