Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 or 3 c. cooked chicken or turkey
1 (7 oz.) pkg. herb seasoned croutons
2 c. broth
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 c. milk
2 Tbsp. butter
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Saute onion and celery in butter.
Pour broth over stuffing. Combine soup and milk.
Toss chicken, onion, celery and stuffing. Mix together with soup, milk and salt. Toss in buttered casserole. Top with buttered crumbs.
Can add a 4 ounce can of mushrooms or peas.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
