Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/4 c. onion
    2 lb. shredded potatoes, fried or hash browns
    10 oz. Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
