Country Fair Egg Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. yeast
    1/2 c. warm water
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. milk, scalded
    9 to 10 c. flour
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. cold water
    4 eggs, beaten
    4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Soften yeast in warm water.
    Combine sugar, oil, salt and scalded milk in a large bowl.
    Add cold water.
    Let cool to lukewarm water.
    Stir in eggs and softened yeast.
    Add flour gradually to form a stiff dough.
    Knead on floured surface until smooth and satiny (5 to 7 minutes).
    Place in a greased bowl, cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled in size (1 1/2 to 2 hours).
    Punch down; let rise 30 minutes.
    Divide into 3 parts and form into loaves or rolls.
    Place in a greased baking dish and cover.
    Let rise 45 minutes for rolls; 1 1/4 hours for loaves. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes for loaves; 15 to 20 minutes for rolls.
