Applesauce Raisin Bread - cooking recipe

1 c. applesauce
1/4 c. melted margarine
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. seedless raisins
1 c. pecans or walnuts, coarsely chopped
Preparation

In a large bowl, combine applesauce, melted margarine, sugar and brown sugar.
Stir in until smooth the flour, baking powder, salt, baking soda, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Stir in raisins and pecans or walnuts.
Turn batter into well-greased 5 x 9-inch loaf pan.
Bake in 350\u00b0
oven for 1 hour.
Cool.
