Quick Tomato Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can original recipe stewed tomatoes
    1 medium onion, cut in chunks
    1/2 green pepper, cut in strips
    1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1 (16 oz.) can whole new potatoes, drained and sliced
    1 c. shredded Monterey Jack or Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    In skillet, brown beef and drain. Drain tomatoes, reserving liquid into skillet. Add onion, green pepper and cayenne.
    Cook over high heat 5 to 8 minutes or until slightly thickened, stirring often. Stir in tomatoes and potatoes.
    Heat thoroughly. Top with cheese; heat until melted.
