Turkey Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. chopped, cooked turkey
    1 c. cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 box frozen puff pastry shells
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0. Bake shells on cookie sheet for 20 minutes or until browned and puffed. Combine turkey, soup, milk and pepper in medium saucepan. Heat and stir occasionally while shells are baking. When pastry shells are done, use fork to remove the tops and soft pastry beneath. Reserve the tops. Spoon turkey mixture into shells and top with cheese. Return to oven until cheese is melted.
    Serve the stuffed shells garnished with tops removed.
